Rich Borowy has been involved with multi media application for a number of years. Starting with providing programming in community television, he progressed from producing contemporary media to working with legacy formats such as motion picture film as well as videotape. His expertise ranges from contemporary settings to those that speak for selected post-modern 20th century-era time periods. He has worked in tandem with such respected institutions as The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences
The Paley Center for Media, The UCLA Film & Television Archive, as well as the estates of those once involved in media production. With an enthusiasm for movies ranging from commercial features to amateur home movies, his deep specialty is vintage radio & television programs and related audio and visual media. Rich also maintains a private collection of photographic images (a selection of those images can be found on this website), as well as home movies captured on film and videotape stock.

When he is not preserving media, he shifts duties with
Archive Estate Sales LLC, a full service company based in North Hills, California that manages and conducts the sale and liquidation of household goods and related personal effects extracted from private estates and established homesteads.
